It uses Lexmark’s RFID Laser printer family to leverage Very Important Paper © (VIP) for stand alone or enterprise connectivity. VIP is basically paper with an RFID tag to provide both human and machine readable format for increased productivity and automation. The system is stand-alone: a traveler document can be moved between in bins to trigger operations or report real time progress. In the Enterprise Edition, powerful dashboards give visibility and reporting into the organization’s paper flow and wealth creation. Provides a scorecard for bureaucracy and an avenue to support compliance for oversight regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA and ISO 9001. eDOTS promotes analysis and optimization of workflow for business, government and non-profit organizations.
